It's one week until Christmas, but not everyone in the small town of Pine Cove, California, is happy. Little Joshua Barker is in urgent need of a Christmas miracle. It's not that he's dying, or that his dog has run away from home: it's that Josh saw Santa Claus's head caved in with a shovel. Now he only longs for one thing: for the old bearded man to return from the dead. What he can't imagine is that someone is listening to his prayers... Although he's not exactly the smartest of angels.
