At LatinBooks AU, we understand the importance of delivering your books safely and promptly. We partner with reliable postal networks to ensure your literature arrives in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping procedures, delivery times, and rates.
1. Processing & Fulfilment

Standard Orders: All in-stock book orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days of placing your order.

Special & School Orders: Bulk educational orders or special imports may require extended handling times. These timelines will be communicated directly during the quotation or invoicing stage.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Delivery Destinations & Estimated Times
We proudly ship across Australia and New Zealand. All orders are sent via tracked services through Australia Post and their international delivery partners.

Schools & Institutions: Institutional orders may be subject to flat-rate or corporate shipping structures as specified in your purchase order.

4. Delays, Damaged, or Lost Parcels
We take great care in packaging our books to withstand transit. However, if an issue arises:

Delayed Transits: If your domestic parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (or 18 business days for New Zealand orders) from receiving your tracking confirmation, please contact us immediately.
