At LatinBooks AU, we understand the importance of delivering your books safely and promptly. We partner with reliable postal networks to ensure your literature arrives in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping procedures, delivery times, and rates.

1. Processing & Fulfilment

  • Standard Orders: All in-stock book orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7  business days of placing your order.

  • Special & School Orders: Bulk educational orders or special imports may require extended handling times. These timelines will be communicated directly during the quotation or invoicing stage.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Delivery Destinations & Estimated Times

We proudly ship across Australia and New Zealand. All orders are sent via tracked services through Australia Post and their international delivery partners.

  • 🇦🇺 Australia Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days.

  • 🇦🇺 Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for selected regions).

  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand International Shipping: 7–14 business days.

📦 Please Note: Delivery to regional or remote areas in both countries may take slightly longer. Please allow additional transit time during public holidays or peak seasonal periods (such as Christmas).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, parcel dimensions, and final delivery destination.

  • Schools & Institutions: Institutional orders may be subject to flat-rate or corporate shipping structures as specified in your purchase order.

  • All shipments include end-to-end tracking to ensure the security of your items.

4. Delays, Damaged, or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging our books to withstand transit. However, if an issue arises:

  • Delayed Transits: If your domestic parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (or 18 business days for New Zealand orders) from receiving your tracking confirmation, please contact us immediately.

  • Support: Email us at info@latinbooks.com.au with your order number, and our team will open a formal investigation with the courier service on your behalf.
